The timeline for building a new home can range from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the size and complexity of the project. For a custom home, it’s wise to plan for about two years—one for planning and permits, and one for construction. We will work closely with you to establish a realistic timeline and keep you informed throughout the process.
4. Should I build a new home or renovate my current home?
The decision to build a new home or renovate depends on your budget and goals. If your current home only needs a few updates, like a kitchen remodel or a room addition, a renovation might be a more cost-effective option.
